Below, we provide you with the necessary information to manage returns, errors or incidents in your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Standard Return<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can request a standard refund in any of the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The article is not as you expected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have the wrong product, size, or color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other reasons that do not involve errors on our part or problems with the shipping agency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To request a standard return<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>E-mail address<\/strong>: Write to <a href=\"mailto:granda@granda.com\">granda@granda.com<\/a> with the subject \"Standard Return + Order No.\".
