{"id":13145,"date":"2013-11-27T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-11-27T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/granda.com\/el-papa-francisco-clausura-el-ano-de-la-fe-al-que-granda-se-sumo-con-diferentes-iniciativas\/"},"modified":"2022-10-06T10:52:46","modified_gmt":"2022-10-06T10:52:46","slug":"pope-francis-closes-the-year-of-faith-which-granda-joined-with-different-initiatives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/granda.com\/en\/el-papa-francisco-clausura-el-ano-de-la-fe-al-que-granda-se-sumo-con-diferentes-iniciativas\/","title":{"rendered":"Pope Francis closes the Year of Faith to which GRANDA joined with different initiatives"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last Sunday, November 24, the <strong>Pope Francis <\/strong>officially closed the <strong>Year of Faith <\/strong>with a Mass celebrated in St. Peter's Square attended by thousands of pilgrims.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of the Year of Faith was to establish a period of reflection on the teachings of the Church to help Catholics better understand its doctrine in order to evangelize.<\/p>\n<p>It has been a task carried out by two Popes. It began on October 11, 2012, as a<strong> initiative of Benedict XVI<\/strong>. Throughout the year, masses, debates and a multitude of meetings have been organized in order to arouse a desire to know and share the Catholic faith.<\/p>\n<p>GRANDA wanted to join in the Year of Faith by participating in different events such as the <strong>Fiesta de las Familias <\/strong>(December 2012) for which it carried out the <strong>eucharistic lighthouse <\/strong>designed by the <strong>architect Eduardo Delgado and the artist Javier Viver<\/strong>and facilitated the <strong>custody<\/strong>owned by GRANDA, for the <strong>EUCHARISTIC ADORATION<\/strong> 40-hour course organized by the <strong>Diocese of Madrid <\/strong>in the Plaza de Col\u00f3n. GRANDA also wanted to promote the Eucharistic Adoration chapels throughout Spain by producing a special album.
