{"id":13305,"date":"2015-10-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-10-02T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/granda.com\/proyectos-que-no-vieron-la-luz-retablo-para-la-catedral-de-phoenix\/"},"modified":"2022-10-06T09:47:19","modified_gmt":"2022-10-06T09:47:19","slug":"projects-that-did-not-see-the-light-of-day-altarpiece-for-phoenix-cathedral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/granda.com\/en\/proyectos-que-no-vieron-la-luz-retablo-para-la-catedral-de-phoenix\/","title":{"rendered":"Projects that did not see the light of day: Altarpiece for the Phoenix Cathedral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A few years ago, GRANDA was commissioned to find the most appropriate solution to solve the presbytery of the Phoenix Cathedral.<\/p>\n<p>We present a distribution of the presbytery, including an altarpiece with staircase and tabernacle, including four niches for images and a trinity of all this in marbleized wood and gilded details.<\/p>\n<p>Since they liked very much what we had prepared for them, they also asked us to design two altars for two images in the front, on the sides of the presbytery, and to make a proposal to enlarge the tier for possible ordinations.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, the project did not come to fruition, but here are the sketches and ideas that emerged for the Cathedral's presbytery.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hace unos a\u00f1os, GRANDA recibi\u00f3 el encargo de buscar la soluci\u00f3n m\u00e1s adecuada para resolver el presbiterio de la Catedral de Phoenix.
