Granda<\/span><\/a><\/strong> has been in charge of the design of the four oratories and the gallery of altars that will be part of this project. Saxum<\/span><\/a><\/strong>a new pilgrimage center in Jerusalem, which is scheduled to be completed in mid-2016.<\/p>\n

For the Residence Oratory<\/strong> we have created a functional and aesthetic proposal, rooted in the local tradition. We propose a sober and elegant oratory inspired by Byzantine art. It has a capacity for 48 people.<\/p>\n

For the Administration Oratory<\/strong>We have opted for a sober and simple style, with Armenian-style ceramic ornamentation. As for the Convention Oratory, <\/strong>This space has been conceived as a multipurpose room to be used both as an oratory and as a convention hall. With a capacity for 72 people, we have chosen a functional and modern design with a modular character and zenithal lighting that gives the space a warm and cozy atmosphere.<\/p>\n

With regard to the Guest Oratory<\/strong>Since it is a small space, a simple style has been followed, with marked Arabian lines in the design of the space as well as in the furniture and gold work. In addition to these oratories, the Altares Gallery<\/strong> with which it will have Saxum<\/span><\/a><\/strong>composed of eight individual altars.
\nNamed in memory of Blessed \u00c1lvaro del Portillo and promoted by Saxum Foundation<\/span><\/a>This is a center that will be open to the public in general and to the general public in particular.The center will host various activities: retreats, pilgrimages, spiritual retreats and formation courses. <\/span><\/p>\n

The objective is to offer a deeper encounter with Christ <\/strong>to many people. Saxum<\/span><\/a> also wants to become an instrument of peace and unity in that region of the world, favoring the understanding of all peoples.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
