It is considered one of his most successful works, in which he uses, as usual in him, nature as an element involved in the design.<\/p>\n<p>Located near Tomamun, in the heart of the island of Hokkaido in northern Japan, the Church on the Water is actually a small chapel belonging to the Alpha Resort hotel. In it, Tadao Ando visually fuses elements from nature with the interior of the building that houses the chapel.<\/p>\n<p>Within this relationship, water plays a fundamental role.
