Buying Guide<\/h1>\n<\/p>\n

Access to granda.com<\/strong> and select Cart<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Choose the section<\/strong> (Gold and silver work, textile ornaments, images, gifts, other elements) and then the group of articles.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visualize the product\/s you are interested in. Through a click you will get an enlargement of the photograph to see details, product features, finish, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Select an item and add the item to the shopping cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. If you want to process your order, click go to the checkout, if you are already registered, enter your user data, if you are not registered, you will have to create an account. Once you have entered all the necessary data, we go to checkout.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Choose a shipping method<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 There are different shipping rates. When you confirm your order, the shipping costs will appear according to your geographical area.<\/span><\/p>\n

You also have the possibility to pick up your order at the different points of sale free of charge:<\/span><\/p>\n

The payment methods are: Paypal, Redsys payment gateway and Bank transfer.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Confirm your order.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

8. You will receive a email confirming your order<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will receive your order between 5 and 7 working days<\/strong> for products that are in stock. Given the handmade nature of many of our products, not all of them are in stock, so the product\/s you will receive them in the estimated time of each one of them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exchanges or returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

The maximum period established for exchanges or returns is 20 days from the receipt of the order.<\/p>\n
