In our Artisan Workshop Los Rosales, we have made a complete set of chasubles for liturgical vestments of St Michael Archangel Chapel, at the Busch School of Business at the University of Catholic University of America (Washington, USA).
Each of the chasubles for the celebrant is embroidered on the front with an image of St. Michael the Archangel, and with a different invocation of the Virgin Mary on each reverse. The images are made by means of nuanced embroidery and appliqué. In addition, others have been made for the concelebrants, which have a Greek cross instead of the embroidered image.
The Busch School of Business chapel was designed by GRANDA at the time of the renovation of the neo-Gothic building that houses it. On that occasion, GRANDA also executed all the devotional and liturgical elements, a sample of which can be seen in our web page.
