On the front, we find the invocations of the Virgin of the Miraculous Medal, Our Lady of Perpetual Help and Our Lady of Fatima,while Our Lady of Guadalupe, the Immaculate Conception and Our Lady of Mount Carmel are represented on the reverse side. The figures of the Virgin are meticulously treated using needle painting embroidery with silk threads, while their frames and plant-life decoration are embroidered with gold and silk fabrics and gold cords.
