The monstrances for Eucharistic adoration Why are they enriched?

The monstrance is a liturgical ornament used for the exposition and adoration of the Eucharist by the faithful. It is usually made with noble materials because it is the throne where Christ is shown in majesty while He offers Himself to men as food of redemption.

The faithful usually assign to the custodianships your most precious possessions with the desire that they be forever close to Him, as an extension of themselves in prayer. There are times when the community cannot offer great riches and so they are made in materials other than gold and silver, but, even in these cases, the virile will always be made in a precious metal.
