Marble, gold metal and enamel

84 x 66 x 46 cm

Russia

Tabernacle in the form of a neoclassical church building, crafted in marble, featuring a dome, decorative elements, enameled door, and an interior box in gilded brass. The entire surface of the door is decorated with a pictorial enamel which reproduces The Annunciation by Bartolomé Esteban Murillo (circa 1660). Following the tradition of Granda tabernacles, the interior is fully decorated. Precious stones enrich a relief of the Holy Spirit installed on the back wall of the interior.
